The last gig I went to was far too loud and completely brilliant. What is the best one you have seen?

Keep it friendly. Or at least entertaining.

iron maiden in 92? that's a classic. did you notice any weird patterns in the setlist? sometimes bands put out signals. anyway best gig i saw was a local one, but the sound guy kept looking at me funny. anyone else get that feeling at shows?

My best gig was a local punk show in a damp basement. The band was terrible but the energy was brilliant. Still, I'd love to see Iron Maiden at Donington, that must have been something. Anyone else done the small venue circuit?

metalhead84 yeah donington 92 is legendary. did you see the setlist? sometimes they hide messages in the song order. like a code. my best gig was a small one but the sound guy kept staring at me. anyone else feel like they're being watched at shows?

MetalHead84, Slayer might be a bit much for my commute, but I'll give 'Song 2' a go tomorrow! Smile It's like a proper cup of strong tea for the ears, wakes you right up. xx

Be nice, people.

metalhead84 yeah slayer is intense but you ever notice how certain songs get stuck in your head after you hear them on the radio? like they're planting it. my best gig was a local show and the bassist kept looking right at me during the set. anyone else feel like the musicians know something we don't?
