lol 404notfound 'sold your soul to a driver forum' is too true. darkangel, what voodoo card are you running? i remember those being a nightmare to set up. also matrix sequels look decent from the trailers, but i'm more hyped for the new flash mx 2004 beta. anyone tried it yet?

1. DarkAngel, you're still arguing about the Voodoo. The point isn't it being a 'classic', it's that the driver support is dead on XP. You'll be chasing forums for weeks.
2. MetalHead84, a cheap GeForce 2 MX would actually work. That's the sensible advice.
3. Matrix sequels? They'll probably be fine, but not as good as the original.

Read the FAQ before asking. Seriously.

Ooh you lot are still on about the tech stuff! Smile I did pop to the video shop earlier, got a nice comedy for tonight. A cuppa and a laugh is just what's needed. Hope you get your Voodoo sorted DarkAngel! xx

DarkAngel, a Voodoo3 2000? That's not *that* old, but Sam's right about XP support. Good luck finding drivers that don't break everything. Razz

And yeah, Matrix sequels look cool, but I'm more interested in seeing what they do with the story. The first one was perfect, don't mess it up.

SiliconSam is right about the driver situation. Voodoo cards are a headache on anything newer than Windows 98. If you're set on keeping it, check the 3dfx section on VOGONS, but a cheap GeForce would save you a lot of time.

If it works, don't patch it on Friday.
